Return of products from the GMTO range
Purchases of products from the GMTO range are not covered by the right of return, as it is a purchase of a product made specifically for the customer in question, who had the opportunity to customize the product in the purchase process according to your specifications.
In case of a manufacturing defect of products in the GMTO range, that is, when defects are detected in the product that, in principle, do not fall within the scope of the respective warranty, the customer must return the product, together with a copy of the invoice and the “Product Exchange/Return Request” form filled in, within a maximum period of 30 consecutive days from the invoice date, to the following address:

If the customer chooses other forms of return, the respective costs with shipping costs will be their responsibility.
In order for the product to be exchanged, you must ensure that the packaging is complete (box, warranty certificate and accessories) containing all its constituent components, in excellent condition.
In the absence of any of the elements mentioned above, or if any of the components are not in excellent condition, there will be no exchange, and the product will be sent back to the customer.
Cancellation of GMTO articles:
Within 48 hours of placing the order, the User can cancel the order via the email address customercare@santosshoes.com or from his Reserved Area, selecting the order he wishes to cancel and then pressing the “Cancel” button . In this situation, the User will be fully refunded the price paid for the product and respective delivery costs, when borne by it, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
Production of the GMTO range:
If the 6 pre-purchases of the models in the GMTO range are made, the production of the items starts after 48 hours of the last purchase. The User will receive a confirmation email informing them that their purchase will be produced.
Refund in case of non-manufacture of the product:
If 6 pre-purchases of the GMTO range models are not made by the deadline, an email will be sent to the User informing that the item will not be produced and a full refund of the price paid for the product and respective costs will be made. delivery, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the email.
Exchanges
To exchange products, the User must proceed in accordance with the return process described above.
