Information

Shipping costs are calculated when filling out the order form, indicating the delivery time, destination and value of the order.

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.

 

Shipping service

UPS: Deliveries between 5 to 7 working days.

Note: The delivery period is only a guide and based on the shipping time of the carrier. Carlos Santos Shoes cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment and approval of payments; however, our team will do everything to minimize the delays.
